Submitting a Ticket Step by Step

Here’s a detailed step-by-step guide on how to submit a ticket:

Access the Help Center: Visit https://pixiongames.helpshift.com/hc/en/ to access Fableborne’s Helpshift.

Locate the “Contact Us” Button: Look for the “Contact Us” button, located at the bottom of the Help Center page.

Fill in the Details: Upon clicking “Contact Us”, you will be prompted to fill out a form. Provide your name, your email address, and select the issue type from the dropdown menu.

Submit Your Ticket: After filling in all the information, click the “Submit” button to send your request to our support team. After that, we will receive your message, and you can close the chat. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible and you will receive the reply in the chat and to your email.
