While we take you on the journey of building Fableborne and a new competitive experience — Lunchtime Esports — it is time again to provide you with a summary of what’s happened recently in the realm of the Shatterlands.

PROJECT UPDATES

In February, we’ve started sharing our weekly Project Updates on the Fableborne Discord server. We want to give you as much transparency as possible while we keep building the game. Head over to Discord and check out the progress of the game, from Art, UI/UX, Design, Engineering, and Marketing.

ROUNDTABLES

Let’s talk about topics. Fair enough, we could talk about Fableborne all day long, but there are so many interesting topics to explore. We started our new series, the Fableborne Roundtable, where we discuss with our friends and partners many topics in the web3 and gaming space.

We also explored the topic of NFT Utilities last month. NFTs or ‘Non-fungible tokens’ are changing the gaming industry, providing players with a unique way to own and trade assets, but there is a lot of misunderstanding and untapped potential. Take a gander at our philosophy behind NFT Utility.

BEHIND THE SCENES

But what about the team? In another new series, we’re meeting Pixion Games’ employees Behind the Scenes to discuss their career path, what they are doing at Pixion Games and what they are currently working on for Fableborne.

In the first ‘Behind the Scenes’ interview, we’re meeting Vasu Chaturvedi, who is the Product Manager at Pixion Games, working on Fableborne and Pixion League. He is the true backbone behind Lunchtime Esports, our vision of brining esports in an accessible way to mobile devices. With more than 12 years to count, Vasu is a true industry veteran, former semi-professional Overwatch player, voracious reader, and proud pet dad.

In the second ‘Behind the Scenes’ interview, Milo Bygrave, the Blockchain Game Designer at Pixion Games, is talking with us about his career, what he’s working on at Fableborne and why he was stranded in the middle of nowhere in his car, surrounded by snakes. With over 5 years to count across mobile, VR, PC, Milo is now the mastermind behind the Blockchain and NFT strategy at Pixion Games.

ROADMAP UPDATE

We also provided you with an update on the upcoming plans for the first half of 2023. Find out what will await you in the upcoming months on the updated Fableborne Roadmap.

CREATOR PROGRAM

Finally, we launched the long awaited Fableborne Creator Program. Creators will gain access to exclusive resources, access and rewards. We want to empower you to create engaging content to grow and support you and your community along the way.

With the Creator Program, we are also introducing Creator Bounties, which are a unique way to reward our Creators for their hard work. Once a creator has joined the program, they can participate in these bounties, create content for Fableborne for specific campaigns, and in return, get a designated amount of real currency, for example in Stable Coin!
